Pricing Summary
- $129 per event – One-time payment to build and launch your event website.
- Card Processing Fees & Taxes – These vary based on your country. Some countries may not apply any tax, while others may.
- $29 Renewal (Optional) – If you’d like to keep your event site live after the event ends (as an archive or reference), you can renew it annually for $29.
- Free Subdomain Hosting – Hosting on our domain (e.g., youreventname.spinyevents.com) is completely free, even after your event.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund if:
- You are not satisfied with the product at least one week before your event.
- Your event was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other serious disruptions.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if:
- The refund request is made after your event has concluded, unless due to exceptional situations like cancellation for serious, uncontrollable reasons.
- You’ve continued using the site without raising any concerns before the event.
Other Notes
- We do not issue refunds on card processing fees or country-specific taxes, as those are handled by third-party services.
- Since subdomain hosting is free, there is no charge or refund required for using youreventname.spinyevents.com.
